Forest Bathing

1.5 to 2 hr. immersive, mindful, sensory experience in a forested area which can be custom- tailored to a specific team. In addition to individual personal benefits, this experience would enhance team spirit, collaboration and foster better connectedness between people in your team. (See Forest Bathing and Therapy page for more information).

Fostering Psychological Safety in your Workplace

After 7 years of contributing articles on topics including psychological safety, to the Human Resources BC magazine (PeopleTalk), I have grown knowledgeable about many workplace issues. As a therapist at Alpine, I regularly help people who are on stress leave from a workplace that has failed to provide psychological safety. In an intensive ½ day learning event for your team, I can lead engaging conversations and provide processes, guidelines, and information on how to create or enhance psychological safety in your workplace.
