Soar on the Wings of Courage in 2020

As you may have noticed within yourself and others, the new decade dawning in our midst seems to yield an invigorating sense of renewed hope, even as we may be preoccupied by personal, professional or larger scale challenges such as climate change. This new energy can be harnessed to surge forward with new aspirations, to gather momentum towards some positive change and tune into, or orient towards, auspicious winds and opportunities.
But, in the course of my work counselling and coaching clients, I often observe that though they yearn for more love, happiness, professional success or abundance in their life, clients come to see that something deep within holds them back. These limiting patterns, beliefs or energy blocks in turn bring about unconscious self-sabotaging behaviors and self-fulfilling prophecies that may further keep deepest aspirations out of reach.
However, when I support, counsel, coach and guide the process of uncovering the inner barriers or blocks imbedded in the subconscious mind, body and nervous system, the person can gradually release, expand and form new habits and behaviours conducive to reaching what they most ardently desire.
Like wind in our sails, the trajectory to a specific goal is further accelerated by the level of clarity one can develop in coaching and counselling, lest we may lose the definition or sight of the shore we aspire to reach. With clarity, patience, determination, and resourcefulness as superpowers, we can keep advancing and realize heart-dwelling dreams that may have previously seemed impossible.
As I once read it said by Art Berg, in the grand scheme of things: “while the difficult takes time, the impossible just takes a little longer”.
If you want to become emboldened, newly energized, more accomplished and soar as result of a coaching process, you may find it useful to know that most extended health benefits companies cover fees of professionals with designations such as mine: Registered Social Worker or Registered Therapeutic Counsellor. I’m also a Professional Certified Coach but very few companies currently cover those fees. To inquire, don’t hesitate to contact me at isabelle@inspiredmomentum.com
