Celebration of Women’s History Month – Special Coaching Offer.

This year International Women’s Day on March 8 will celebrate accomplishments of women around the world.  In my book Living Forward, Giving Back I have devoted a chapter entitled Women Ushering in the Future to celebrate women’s leadership which is showing up in all fields of endeavours across the planet. If you value life-long learning you may set your sights on new horizons of personal and/or professional development. For those who are meandering through the middle passage of life, consider attending the workshop Midlife: A Call to Passionate Engagement which I will lead through Hollyhock – in Vancouver on...

Beyond the Bar Crucial Considerations on

If you’re in the legal profession you know first-hand how fast paced and hectic your professional life can be. Focusing on work at this speed and intensity can lead you to loose touch with your authentic self and what matters most in your personal life. This year, the first wave of Baby Boomers, those born in 1946, will be turning 60 and many of them will decide to go into some form of retirement. If you’re a Boomer, you’ve been part of an era that has seen the most effective visionary leaders changing the world in significant ways. Martin Luther King Jr., Robert Kennedy, and Pierre Elliot Trudeau were models of moral leadership as they contributed to the advancement of human rights. Collectively, theBoomers’ generation can re-capture the sense of purposeful...
